In my studio project this semester I am using Processing to generate lines for structure and surface. These lines I am then importing into Rhino via Grasshopper and piping them according to their length (short lines are thin and longer lines are thicker). I have found that it is pretty simple to do this using Grasshopper but it produces some pretty clunky geometries. Since the piped joints are separate and each radius is different they do not transition smoothly. Ideally I would like each line to recognize its own length as well as the length of it's joining lines so that they can taper toward the joint and resolve at a common radius. Any suggestions or examples of similar projects would be much appreciated!

I have uploaded my grasshopper file, the necessary text files and a few images of the geometry on my lab page.
